Expert Testimony

The RI DFC is also able to provide expert testimony services. RI DFC staff members all have strong technical backgrounds, as well as the ability to explain the technology and forensic process in easy to understand terms. The RI DFC has had staff members testify as experts several times.

Along with expert testimony, RI DFC staff member's are also available to assist you and help in understanding another expert's testimony and developing questions for cross-examination.
